The Kingston and District Poultry and Pet Stock Association hosted a very successful show on Sunday June 1st, 2025.
The show was our largest in years, with 628 exhibits from 43 exhibitors. 84 large fowl, 289 bantams, 121 pigeons, 100 waterfowl, 31 rabbits, 3 turkeys, and 2 guineas were shown. We were especially pleased that 13 of our exhibitors were juniors.
The Kingston and District Poultry and Pet Stock Association would like to thank everyone who helped to make our show a success. Thank you very much to all of the exhibitors for supporting the show. We thank our judges Michael Becker (poultry), Will Bergan (junior poultry), Guido Madrusan (pigeons), and Stephanie Martin (rabbits) for doing a great job. Thanks to our show chair Frank Goodfellow, and to everyone who helped to set up and run the show. We are very grateful to Bill Harrison, who donated one of his custom show boxes to each of our new junior exhibitors. Thanks very much to Brad Snider adn family who once again ran an outstanding canteen - it was a real highlight of the show! We thank Glen from Fancier's Specialty Company for making the long drive to join us. Finally we thank Heron Management and Peter Moase/Impact Electric for donating the new LED lights for the show hall - they made a big difference!.
